"FAN NOT RUNNING"

If you receive a “FAN NOT RUNNING” error on your front screen then please perform a hard reset of your unit.

To reset the roaster:

  1. Switch off the machine

  2. Hold down the middle button (3rd button) and at the same time, switch on the machine

  3. Machine will show a “Resetting” message, remove your finger. If you have an old version of the firmware and are updating this, The unit will say “Reflashing”

  4. Machine will reset itself and default to the ‘K-logic Classic’ profile

 

If you are experiencing a stuttering/clattering noise and the error message “FAN NOT RUNNING” then please contact support as you will likely need a motor replacement.
