"FAN NOT RUNNING"
If you receive a “FAN NOT RUNNING” error on your front screen then please perform a hard reset of your unit.
To reset the roaster:
Switch off the machine
Hold down the middle button (3rd button) and at the same time, switch on the machine
Machine will show a “Resetting” message, remove your finger. If you have an old version of the firmware and are updating this, The unit will say “Reflashing”
Machine will reset itself and default to the ‘K-logic Classic’ profile
If you are experiencing a stuttering/clattering noise and the error message “FAN NOT RUNNING” then please contact support as you will likely need a motor replacement.
