Roaster not heating

If you start a roast and the temperature does not increase then please follow these steps.

Update your roaster to the latest firmware version / Reinstall the latest firmware version:

Leave the profile as ‘K-logic Classic’ to perform the test with.

Please try an empty roast chamber test:

With an empty chamber
Start a roast
In about 10-11 seconds, the temperature of the roaster should reach 100℃/212℉ and the roaster should show a “heat too fast “warning
Let the unit finish and stop completely
Press the 4th button (profile button) to clear the error

If the roaster still does not output any heat then visit support as you will likely need an element replacement.
