Re-flash roaster firmware

Connect boards

(serial numbers starting with C)

Turn your roaster on and connect to it with Kaffelogic Studio using a USB cable (or WiFi when it has been released). In Studio choose Tools > View roaster sync folders … > Firmware.

Choose Re-install latest. This will re-install the firmware and reset the roaster. 

Memory stick boards 

(serial numbers starting with A or B)

In Kaffelogic Studio, Choose Tools > View memory stick  > Firmware, and follow the instructions there.

If an update is available, apply the update. This will perform a re-flash and a reset.

If you are already updated to the latest firmware, you need to roll back and then update again. To roll back, download a previous firmware version (earlier than the latest) and save it on a memory stick. Remove the latest version from that memory stick. Reset the roaster with that memory stick and it will give you the option and instructions to roll back the firmware. After that you can copy the latest firmware back on to the memory stick and upgrade to the latest as normal.
