Cleaning the roast chamber

The roast chamber will become well seasoned over time with a build up of coffee oils. We recommend that you do not remove the coffee oils from the roast chamber as this will not improve the performance of the roaster or make the coffee taste any better.

IMPORTANT: You need to be particularly careful not to touch the exposed tip of the temperature probe. Do not clean the tip of the probe

 

This is an example of a well seasoned roast chamber. Please do not clean the roast chamber.
