If you start a roast and the temperature does not increase then please follow these steps.

Update your roaster to the latest firmware version / Reinstall the latest firmware version:

Please try an empty roast chamber test: 

  • With an empty chamber

  • Start a roast 

  • In about 10-11 seconds, the temperature of the roaster should reach 100℃/212℉ and the roaster should show a “heat too fast “warning

  • Let the unit finish and stop completely 

  • Press the 4th button to clear the error
