Give this a go, connect your unit to your laptop, turn the roaster on.
Then in try step 1, see if it resolves the issue, if not try step 2, then step 3.
In Studio go to;
Tools > Connection Tools > Re-connect
Tools > Connection Tools > Re-format on-board memory
Tools > Connection Tools > Re-sync
...
If you are still experiencing issues then please perform a reset of your roaster;
Switch off the machine.
Hold down the middle button (3rd button) and at the same time, switch on the machine.
Machine will show a “Resetting” message, remove your finger. If you have an old version of the firmware and are updating this, The unit will say “Reflashing”.
Machine will reset itself and default to the ‘K-logic Classic’ profile.
If this still does not resolve your issue then please try a different USB cable. We have found that every now and again there may be a fault or wear in a cable that can cause their connection to become spotty or not even connect at all.
